Caycee Black (www.cayceeblack.com) is an accomplished painter, designer, and ballerina. Raised in Clear Lake, she moved to New York, graduated from the Parsons School of Design, and after working for world-famous designers, she launched her own label. Bay Area Houston Fine Arts and Crafts Festival

On Friday and Saturday, November 2 & 3, 2012, The Arts Alliance Center at Clear Lake will host the Bay Area Houston Fine Arts and Crafts Festival. The festival will run from 10 am until 6 pm on both days and, as always, will feature the finest quality of arts and crafts.
